good thing hindi to nire-require pag nagre-renew ng licenseHindi ko po alam if kailan po ito nagsimula. I think from the time na makuha mo yung PRC license mo need mo na magyearly PTR which is every first/second week of January and applicable working sa private hospitals. Kasi 'yun po ang computation nila ng surcharge sa akin noong first kuha ko ng PTR. And prior pa makakuha ng PTR for the first time, required pa ang cedula. Hindi ka pa nga ganap na empleyado, may training fee pang binayaran nun tapos dadagdag pa eto.
