RN ako with 3 years exp. Wala pa ko prometrics o kaya HAAD..
Saan po kaya sa middle east pwede ako mag aaply??

sir.. nagtry ka na ba mag inquire online? sa workabroad website po actually maraming hiring sa middle east ngayon tiyaga lang po sa paghahanap. suggest ko po sa military hospital para maraming benefits. yung haad po at prometrics pinapakuha nila pag ok na yung papers mo for work. kahit nga sa saudi ka na kumuha noon ok lang. yung ibang agency lang kasi sa atin nirerequire talaga..

nd po ako expert about application for nclex. pero let me help you.
dipende kasi sa state na gusto mo.. pwede kang magpatulong sa ilang nclex application center, or self application. ang sa akin kasi.. ako lang nag apply sa sarili ko. in my case.. new york ang napili ko(andun kasi family ko) pero dipende sayo..

My Dear Co-Nurses, sinu may idea regarding sa pag aaply sa Japan via JPEPA. Yung pag aaral ng language nila sagot ba ng POEA o ang aplikante ang mag sho-shoulder? Gano katagal ang training? May exam ba? Salamat po sa pag share ng knowledge.

I am a nephrology nurse and I would like to ask if you have any idea on the salary of a certified nephrology nurse, province based and government or private hospital? I would like to ask because soon we will have our dialysis unit and as a nephrology nurse it is my advantage to be hired and to manage the dialysis unit unless the owner of the hospital will choose another nephrology nurse. Who knows!hehe

Another one is, do you have nay idea on where to buy this book? Except on amazon or any other online store.

MY AREA OF SPECIALIZATION

1. PACU (post-anesthesia care unit)
dito po ako ngaun na assign and i have with the PACU since i started my relievership.
job: primarily is to attend post-op cases. stabilize VS, carry-out the post-op orders, and endorsing the case to the wards if stable.
pros:mabilisan yung work dito, and you have to be so keen in your assesment, nahahasa tlaga yung judgement mo, and you have to take risk sometimes, i love the work here kasi wala kang nurse na kasama and wala ka rin headnurse. you are alone and you are the master of your own unit. meron ka lang kasamang attendant to assist.

2. ER / OPD
this is my favorite department.. fastpaced action talaga dito. skills talaga ang kailangan dito.
job:admition of cases
pros: you will learn a lot of skills, assessment, IV insertion, BLS. lahat2x...
3. ICU
i have a fair ICU experience considering napatayan na ako nang isang pasyente sa ICU, i had patient with a very bad prognosis, in which dx na sya with, Pneumonia,DIC, and severe sepsis. dedbol tlga. itong area na to is elite, and i guess para sa mga mtigas ang sikmura at pang matagalan..
job: individualized critical care NSG.
pros: intensive clinical experience
4. OR
the few and the proud sabi nila. iv'e been a scrub nurse for a hefty 2mos b4 i joined the PACU and i enjoy working with the OR dept. skills rin yung kailangan dito and only presence of mind lang ang kailangan. hindi dapat sloppy or lousy. dapat marunong ka mag anticipate. i have attended a number of worthwhile cases such as craniotomy and EX-Lap cases which is very educational..
job:scrub and circ nursing
pros:having the status of being part of the few and the proud

the few the proud O.R. nurses tlga,anticipation comes with experience,habang tumatagal gagaling ka din sa o.r.tapos mglelevel up ka at ikaw na mismo mgaassist sa mga doctor sa operations,pero samin O.R. department mixed sa PACU kaya maraming dapat alam ndi lng pgscrub.
