Hi guys, question ko lang, new buyer kasi kami ng condo, sadly empire east yung developer. anyway. after namin mag bigay ng DP worth 260k+ saka lang kami sinabihan na may trasnfer of title worth 7% ng TCP. TCP is around 5.6m so imagine sobrang laki at saka sinabi lang samin yun after namin maibigay yung DP parang lumalabas tuloy na hidden charge sya. gusto ko lang mangalap ng impormasyon if ganito ba talaga proseso kasi bago lang kaming buyer. maraming salamat :help:
