How To Unleash the Beast in Your PC [Without 3rd Party Software]

MAKE A BACKUP FIRST(Use System Restore) JUST IN CASE!!! I am not responsible of any Damages/Errors! Tweak at your Own Risk!
1. Change Power Plan Settings To "High Performance"
Click Start > Go To Control Panel > Power Options> And Tick/Check High Performance
2. Disable Unwanted Progerams and Services on Startup
Click Start > Go To Run and Type "msconfig">
A. Go to the Services Tab and Tick/Check "Hide all Microsoft Services"> And Uncheck Unwanted Services on Startup.
B. Go To the Startup Tab and Uncheck Unwanted Software
3. Disable Auro Experience
Right Click on Desktop > Go to Personalize then select any of ‘Basic and High Contrast Themes’.
4. Increase Virtual Memory ( Paging File)[Increase this if you have Lower than 4GB of Ram]
Right Click on My Computer > select Properties >
Go to Advanced tab and click on setting button under ‘Performance"
5. Disable Visual Effects
Right Click on "My Computer"/"This PC" > click Properties >
Go to Advanced tab/Advanced System Settings > Click on setting button under ‘Performance">
Check "Adjust for Best Performance"
6. Defrag[May take a Long Time But Very Effective]
Open "My Computer"/"This PC" > Right Click a Drive[C: / D: / E:] > Go To the "Tools" Tab>
Click "Defragment Now" > Select a Drive/Drives and Click "Defragment Disks".
7. Use Disk Cleanup
Open "My Computer"/"This PC" > Right Click a Drive > Click "Disk Cleanup">
After Scanning Select the Files that You want to delete and then
Click "Ok" and "Delete Files"
8. Check For Errors on Your Disks
Open "My Computer"/"This PC" > Right Click a Drive > Go to the "Tools" Tab and Click "Check now"
Check "Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors and Click Start"
[If it Says "Windows can't check the disk while it's in use" click "Schedule Disk Check"]
9. Uninstall Your Antivirus [Not Recommended but will improve your PC's Performance Much more]
Click Start > Click on "Control Panel" > Click "Programs and Features" > Click On Your Antivirus and Click "Uninstall"
10. Remove Unwanted Programs
Click Start > Click on "Control Panel" > Click "Programs and Features" > Click on the Program that you want to remove
and Click "Uninstall".
11. Stop Memory Hogging Programs
[WARNING DONT STOP SYSTEM PROCESSES OR YOUR PC WILL BECOME UNSTABLE]
Right Click on the taskbar > Click "Start Task Manager" > Find the Program that uses a lot of CPU/Memory/Disk power
and Stop it.
12. Disable Nagle’s Algorithm(Windows10)
Nagle’s algorithm combines several small packets into a single, larger packet for more efficient transmissions. This is designed to improve throughput efficiency of data transmission. Disabling “nagling” can help reduce latency/ping in some games. Nagle’s algorithm is enabled in Windows by default.
To implement this tweak, modify the following registry keys.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces\{NIC-id}
For the {NIC-id}, look for the one with your IP address listed. Under this {NIC-id} key, create the following DWORD value:
Note: Some reports say that the tweaks did reduce latency when playing Dota 2 and League of Legends but it doesn’t work for some. I have tried it and my latency improved from 110 to 90ms (SEA Server) when playing Dota 2.
13. Network Throttling Index(Windows10)
Windows implements a network throttling mechanism, the idea behind such throttling is that processing of network packets can be a resource-intensive task. It is beneficial to turn off such throttling for achieving maximum throughput.
To implement this tweak, run regedit and modify the registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Multimedia\SystemProfile. Under SystemProfile, create a DWORD value and name it to “NetworkThrottlingIndex” then set its Hexadecimal value to ffffffff for gaming and max throughput: ffffffff completely disables throttling.
14. System Gaming Responsiveness(Windows10)
Multimedia streaming and some games that uses “Multimedia Class Scheduler” service (MMCSS) can only utilize up to 80% of the CPU. The “Multimedia Class Scheduler” service (MMCSS) ensures prioritized access to CPU resources, without denying CPU resources to lower-priority background applications.
To implement this tweak, run regedit and modify the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Multimedia\SystemProfile. From there, create a new DWORD and name it to “SystemResponsiveness” set its hexadecimal value to 00000000 for pure gaming/streaming.
In the same Registry hive as the above tweak, you can also change the priority of Games. To implement this tweak, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Multimedia\SystemProfile\Tasks\Games and change the following registry values:
15. Disable User Account Control
User Account Control or UAC is a feature in Windows 7 that asks for permission to do system software tasks and also run programs. Unfortunately, this security feature can become annoying at times. Much less so then it was with Vista’s default configuration, but it can be difficult to deal with as well as confuse users with dialog popups that are requesting a "password" to perform actions, but never actually ask for that password (if already logged in as an administrator). I cannot predict the future of your system or what kind of security vulnerabilities will be used to attack systems, and as such, you need to decide for yourself if you desire to keep UAC active, but if you wish to disable it, here is how I do it:
16. Disable Remote Assistance and Remote Desktop
Take Note: Remote Desktop is not available on Windows 7 Starter, Home Basic or Home Premium, so the option will not be there.

Uninstall Windows 7 features that are unused. You can always put them back on later:
