Poem -- Unwonted Best Friend --

The women used by our God most high
To give you life here on earth
The woman who nourished you
Watching you as you grow
Who took care of you every now and then

You shared your dreams to her
And supports you in everything
You are old enough now
Thinking that you are full-blown
Thinking that you no longer need her

You do everything you want
Spending time with what you call friends
You tend to forgot her
Almost everything about her
But she is reminiscing the past
you with her

She wanders from out of nowhere
looking for you
She shout out your name
You heard but you didn't response

Now you wanna get rid of her
You decided not to come home
But she is looking outside from
the window waiting for you

Until you came home
Shamefaced draws as you came
She was blissful, hugged you
Tears flow from your eyes
She wipe it, telling you
"Everything will be alright"

You then realize, the best friend
you know will always be
She never leaves you as you did
And loves you as much as you do
You are more than anything
You are precious to her
The only best friend you call "MOM"
