Upgrading PC hardware & specs

Hello po sa lahat,

Planning na mag upgrade ng PC, beginner lang po kaya be nice sana hehe

1. Need ko pa ba ng AVR?
2. In case of brownout, ginagamit pa ba ngayon ang UPS? (eto kasi ginagamit dati sa office namin) May alternative na ba siya ngayon?
3. Gusto ko sana gumamit ng bluetooth headset para di na wired, nakita ko kasi na walang bluetooth yung PC ko. Paano po ba malalagyan?

need ang ang ups for power surge protection or kung nagwowork from home ka kasi backup electricity yan with essentail features ...yung avr wala na ata gumagamit nyan ngayon
