Follow this navigation:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\StorageDevicePolicies.

Here, you should see a DWORD value called WriteProtect. Double-click it to get a dialog box. In the Value Data field, enter a 0 to turn off write protection and click OK.

Na try ko na to boss. Not working pa rin.

Natanggal mo ba yan habang may naka open na file from usb? Na drop mo din ba yan? More details regarding your usb might help.

Usually kasi pag write protected na ang status ng isang usb ay physically damaged na ito which is lower chances na ma fix pa using traditional cmd and newer recovery tools.

Pag due to virus naman madali lang yan ma fix using those tools na nagamit mo na.
