lunch: = basta may sabaw like tinola, nilgang baka, sinigang na baboy/bangus
meryenda: = tinapay at samahan mo ng dark chocolate okaya alternate sa green tea
dinner: = same sa lunch pero konti lang kasi gabi na at kapag gutom pa kain ka ng prutas lang
