Minimum po kasi ang 4gb na ram sa 64 bit na windows. Tapos pag run pa lang ng system ay magigign 3.8gb na lang ang usabale.
Kung gusto mo bumilis, dalawang bagay ang pwede mong gawin.
1. Mag add ka ng another 4 or 8gb na ram.
2. Mag SSD ka na lang and gawin mo na lang external yang hard drive mo.

Pwede mo rin disable yung lahat ng autostart apps mo (maliban sa antivirus) sa app settings mo, or through msconfig and task manager's startup tab. Kung 4GB lang talaga yung RAM mo, normal lang yan lalo na sa Win 10. But trimming down your autostart apps should give you at least 10% more sayong RAM capacity.
Other than that, at lalo na sa panahon ngayon, 8GB of RAM is conservative, 16GB is the standard. And using SSD, especially for a boot-drive is a must. Cheers
