Windows 10 Gets Stuck After Installing MSI Drivers

Good mga sir/maam!


May inquiry lang po..

I installed Windows 10 x64 Professional pre-activated (tag 50php na cd sa mga mall) then it worked just fine, kaso lang nung ininstall ko na yung Driver CD came with the motherboard MSI A320M Pro VD/S V2 nagsstuck na yung screen kpg pinindot ko yung Shut Down/Restart/Log off.

I tried installing Windows 10 x64 Home pre-activated and the same thing happen after ko iinstall yung MSI Driver for chipset.

Ano kaya problema neto.. yung CD kaya?
nangyayare kasi yung problem after iinstall nung MSI Driver

MSI A320M Pro VD/S V2
Ryzen 3 2200g
HyperX Fury 2400 8gb Single stick
Corsair VS450
Gigabyte 120GB SSD

Natry mo na gumamit ng Downloaded Driver instead nung CD?

Try mo gamitin yung downloadable na drivers para sa Mobo mo. Try it here

Baka naiinstall mo yung Driver na hindi tanggap like graphics driver? Ryzen pa naman ang Processor mo so sa AMD ka nalang kumuha ng Video Card Driver.Hangga't walang question mark yung Device Manager mo pwede na yan,wag mo na iinstall yung nasa CD...

bali nag install na ko ng bagong Win 10 x64 (Legit) activated.. which is hindi na nagsstuck kpg nagshutdown yung pc.. grahics driver nlng issue ko

pero yung Graphics card nya is may issue padin sa device manager and hindi lumalabas sa dxdiag.

i tried installing windows update...
installing the drivers manually
installing the drivers galing sa MSI website pero ganon padin

Mukang hindi pa po nakaconfigure doon sa BIOS mo na magamit yung Integrated Graphics (Vega Graphics)...kasi doon sa Screenshot basic display driver lang ang gumagana...siguro try mo po muna i google yung brand ng Motherboard mo para matingnan mo yung tamang setting para maiconfigure ang Integrated Graphics doon sa BIOS...

Kapag nakita mo yung Integrated Graphics Setting, iset mo doon 1GB muna and kung gusto mo taasan wag mo ilampas sa 2GB kasi doon yan kukuha sa 8GB RAM mo...ha?
