Workout routine and diet para tumaba?

Hi. 5'8 po ang height ko at 22 years old. weight ko is 125 lbs (57 kg)

Balak ko mag workout this summer para magkalaman naman ako bago mag apply ng work. fresh grad lang kasi. :dance:
May maisusuggest ba kayo na workout program/routine para sa payat na katulad ko? manipis ang braso ko
I do mtb cycling, pero gusto ko isingit ang gym. siguro every other day nalang ako mag bike. sana kayanin ko pa mag bike pag nag gym. :lol:

Kung sa diet po, alam ko po na dapat mas madami ako kumain. pero ano ba ang okay na kainin? sa totoo lang, tamad ako kumain. pero kakayanin ko kumain ng marami kung pipilitin.
ano po ba ang foods na nakakatulong magpataba in a healthy way? kadalasan dinadamihan ko kanin ko pero breakfast lunch dinner lang ako madalas nakain. :upset:
saka ano po mga snacks na kakainin ko lagi.. at ilang beses ako kakain sa isang araw? :noidea: :lol:
