ZWER Virus can't recover file :(

Hello mga ka mobilarian nagka problema po ako sa mga files ko gusto ko po sana matanggal ang virus at marecover ano ba best solutions madami na kasi ako na try pra marecover file kso pixelated.

Ginamit ko po spyhunter 5 kaso di ako makakuha ng license sa sites.
Updated eset po gamit ko wla nma na sya nadedetect na virus pero si spyhunter detect nya si zwer.

Yan ba yung may .zwer na file extension TS? If it is, that's more than just a virus, that's actually a STOP-DJVU ransomware.
And you will need more than just an antivirus para marecover (decrypt) mo yan. Kung meron kang offline key dyan for decryption

Yes sir. Medyo nahirapan ako tanggalin, na try ko na din Emsisoft Decryptor pero impossible to descrypt nakalagay.
Kahit boot ko sa safe mode tapos tanggalin sa system yung ip's ganon pa din. Ending reformat nalang.

Nag try nman ako ng ibang recovery, narecover nman yung mga photos kaso damage na lahat.

That's the problem with ransomware, if you try to recover your files using other method or key, malimit files just ended up corrupted.
Before decrypting, niriremove kasi ng ransomware yung file header ng bawat filetype, kaya pag naransomware ka nakapa slim ng chance na marecover pa talaga files.
At kahit marecover pa yung lahat ng files, it would be best talaga na ireformat pa rin yung buong drive to remove any traces of the malware.

Gamitin niyo nalang Windows defender ni Windows 10 saka niyo turn on nalang Ransomware Protection, na experience ko natamaan ng ransomware buti nalang naka on Ransomware Protection ni Windows Defender yung nasa desktop lang natamaan
