Hindi naman. Pero hindi na gagana, kaya you need to bring it to Nokia Care for full restoration of the software.

I tried to update my fone Nokia 2730c to v10.45, I done it successfuLLy.
But stiLL, there's a bug! In everytime I open the *OVI STORE*, it says *ConfLicting AppLication, Show items* if when I press 'Yes, it reboots. How can you heLp me? How's the soLution, find the y' pLease?!

Plug it to your PC/Laptop via Nokia Ovi Suite.

At TOOLS, select "Software Update". The Ovi Suite will prompt you of any firmware update. Just make sure your unit is fully charged or plugged into the charger.

...and also make sure your PC/Laptop won't crash while your unit is being updated.

edit: bat ganun akala ko ba pagkatapos maupdate madedelete yung laman ng phone memory bat
pag tapos ko iupdate d naman ndelete yung laman ng phone memory ko kgaya ng mga contacts

Hindi talaga madedelete contents ng phone mo (Phone Memory, Mass Memory, External Memory), whats being updated is the phone's firmware. No format is being done in firmware updates.

If you want to clear the content of your phone, you need to reformat your phone memories.

You need to install Nokia Ovi Suite in your PC or Laptop. It will automatically prompt you for a firmware update once you connected your phone via USB.

Guys, make sure to backup your phone when making firmware updates.

I just used PC Suite and the Nokia Software Updater. Pwede na ito. Yun Nokia software updater dapat lang up to date ang version. Anyway, magprompt naman sa PC screen incase outdated na yun software updater and you will need to download the updated one.

Yun Ovi Suite software ok sana. Kaya lang ang laki ng file. Naka dial-up lang kasi ako kaya sure matagal downloading nito.

For firmware update, it took me about an hour to download around 37Mb file using dial-up internet connection.
