Nag-update ako ng phone ko pero after madownload ang update, na-stuck na siya sa Android is Upgrading - Optimizing Apps.

Maaayos kaya ng custom rom to? Kelangan ibalik sa stock rom?

Na-hard reset ko na, clear cache/partition pero wala nangyare. stuck pa din siya. Help?
