Easy Milky Creamy Cheesy Carbonara Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1L Magnolia Fresh Milk
2 250 mL Nestle All Purpose Cream
2 370 mL Alaska Evaporated Filled milk
1/2 Kg Pampanga's Best Bacon
2 8g pack Maggi Magic Sarap
2 Knorr Broth Cubes (Pork)
1 175 g Karft Eden Cheese
Butter or Margarine
1 Kg Linguine Pasta or you can use Fettuccine
Mushroom slices
Salt and pepper



Directions:

Cooking the sauce:
Syempre, initin natin ang kawali o kahit anong lutuan na paglulutuan natin ng sauce. Di po tayo gagamit ng mantika, Butter po ang gagamitin natin. Once na tunaw na yung butter, ilagay na natin yung bacon. Yung bacon po at cut into cubes or strips or basta paliitin nyo lng. Ako I prefer cube. Pag crispy na yung bacon lagay na po natin yung mushroom slices. Depende na sa inyo kung gaano karami yung ilalagay mo na mushroom. Haluin. Ilagay na po natin yung Fresh Milk, All purpose cream at evaporated filled milk. Haluin hanggang makita natin na medyo kukulo na sya. Ilagay na po natin yung 2 broth cubes at 2 magic sarap. After ng magic sarap ilagay na yung cheese, syempre dapat i-grate po natin yung cheese. Lahat po yun ilalagay. Haluin lamang para hindi masunog yung ilalim ng pot or kawali. Tandaan na dapat hinahalo natin sya hanggang sa lumapot sya. Deepende na sa 'yo yun kung gaano kalapot yung gusto mo. kapag malapot na sya, Budburan ng paminta.


Cooking the pasta:
Linguine yung lagi ko ginagamit kapag nagluluto ako ng Carbonara. Sakto lang kasi yung lapad at laki nya para sa kin. Pero if mas gusto nyo gamitin yung fettuccine ok lang naman din. I guess, alam na natin kung pano lutuin yung pasta db? Pero here's how I cook my pasta. Syempre prepare tayo ng tubig sa pot. Lagyan ng cooking oil at asin. Kayo bahala kung anong oli ang ilalagay nyo basta edible. Lol! anyway. once nag-boil na yung water, ilalagay na natin ung noodles. kailangan syempre completely submerged yung noodles sa boiling water para pantay ang pagkaluto. at habang pinapakuluan halu-haluin pa din yung noodles. Kaya may cooking oil is para di sya magkapit-kapit pero most of the time kumakapit pa din sila sa isa't isa, so it's better na haluin sya habang niluluto. Once nakita mo na malambot na yung noodles, check mo if luto na. One technique para malaman kung luto na yung noodles is by getting a strand of the noodles and throwing it against the wall. Yung bato na sakto lng ah, hindi yung malakas na bato, haha! Once na kumapit yung noodles ibig sabihin luto na sya at pede na hanguin. Bago hanguin yung noodles dapat may naka-prepare ka na na iced water enougn for the noodles. Or just any cold water will do. "Hahalbusan" or huhugasan natin kc yung noodles. Not because it is dirty but to stop the cooking process para di malabsak yung noodles. The colder the water the faster na ma-s-stop ung cooking process. After mahugasan yung noodles, or mahalbusan. Put some cooking oil on noodles parang nilalagyan mo ng sauce, pero make sure yung sakto lang. or you can put margarine or butter. Para po yun hindi magkapit-kapit yung noodles/pasta.


And we're done!

Yung mga brand sa ingredients di naman kailangan yun talaga, haha! kung saan makakatipid dun tayo di ba? hehehehe, pero yan po yung recipe ko talaga. Sana ma-try nyo at sana magustuhan nyo.

Since I'm a pasta lover and I try to experiment recipes myself, here's one tip I usually do in cooking my pasta. I boil waiter and instead of salt, I put 2 chicken cubes into the boiling water shortly before I put the pasta. It adds taste to the noodles once it cooks. :)

Sobrang favorite ko ang carbonara. Sa Lahat ng pagkain yon ang pinaka favorite ko. Ma-try nga recipe na yan.:lol:

mukhang okay naman to pero instead of using mushroom soup ang ginamit mo pala ay freshmilk..hindi ba masusunog?milk overload eh :lol: kidding but this is a good recipe i can also try this
