need opinion..nag apply kc aq s accenture,,last month or this month yta for data analyst.. bagsak siguro aq kc ittxt nlng daw for other account
ngaun lang gabi nagtxt na job offer ko daw sa accenture..
anu ibig sabihin nun?kc dba ang job offer eh last step na or pirmahan ng contract,,anu un magundergo ulit aq ng mga interview..

..like what you said, last step na yan which means you're done with the interviews kaya may offer na sila sayo.. so it's up to you kung grab mo ung offer nila or if you'll refuse it.. (kaso late na yung reply ko..

considered as non voice account po yan.. pwedeng sumasagot sa mga emails or mails ng customers, nagpa-process ng mga requests like for telco accounts ung department for activation ng service nila.. nagta-track ng mga records.. depende na lang sa account yan.. as long as it doesn't require interaction with the customers.. pero meron din namang may halong calls.. usually outbound calls yan... tatawagan mo ung customer pag may kailangan kang i-verify na information.. may mahihirap din na back office jobs eh. lalo na pag ang customer mo ay parang mga clients na rin.. sa kanila ka nagre-report, parang ganun... example nito ay isang travel account tapos kayo un nagpa-process ng mga flights ng lahat ng employees ng isang company... or mga deliveries na kailangan mong i-track.. mga ganyan.. pero marami akong naririnig na petiks ang work.. pwede ka pa mag-fb or matulog pag natapos mo na ung work mo.. depende na lang din yan kung di mahigpit ang management ng company na pinapasukan mo... yun po..

Sure na yan paps, "job offer" so offer na ng job, haha late na ata e, ano kaya ginawa nito?
There are some centers na nag aaccept, there are some na hindi din.. But of course wala naman sa course yan, nasa com skills mo yan

Hello! Nag-apply ako sa IBM for voice, naka-abot ako ng ops interview kaya lang nabagsak ko. After a week tumawag sila, I have a job offer daw for non-voice account. When they called nga training na ko sa ibang company e, pero mas maganda kasi IBM, tsaka nung naexperience ko na yung training sa Voice, grabe. Ewan, di rin kasi ako mahilig makipag-usap e, I have problems with probing a customer. Tsaka gusto ko direct to the point ang usapan, e yung training ko kelangan may paraphrasing lagi at kung ano-ano pang shit! pero depende rin siguro un sa account. Ah basta, pinagpala ako nung ung job offer na lumapit saken. hehe. Nagddoubt na kasi ako nun at nagbabalak na office work na lang ang pasukan. Haay, grabe, thankful talaga ko.
Sana madali lang talaga ang non-voice kagaya ng sinasabi ng marami. Computer savvy naman ako and I believe my grammar is fine.. Ang iniisip ko lang yung training. may training pa talaga? two-weeks daw e.
Sa 24 na ko mag-start. yung requirements ko di ko pa naasikaso, tas ung pag-ibig ko mali yung info na nalagay ko sa online registration. T_T panu ba un mabago? wala akong POP temporary id e, san makukuha un?
