coach po ako ng basketball mga ka sb, libangan ko ang mag technician at internet.. kung may tanong kayo about basketball. kung pano ang tamang shooting. defense, ano ba ang drills na dapat? etc... buong puso kong sasagutin..:)
 
Curios lng po ako coach. May nkagawa nba sa mga player mo or mga prof player ng "fadeaway dunk"? :lol:
 
fade away dunks? nood ka ng nba.. sa atin wala pa.;)
 
para sa dribbling, una kung wala kang ginagawa. kahit nakaupo ka lang. dribble using 1 finger lang. ifafamiliarize mo yung bola sa lahat ng fingers mo. that's the basic one. pag kayang kaya mo na, dribble using one finger at a type, mauna thumb then pointing finger, middle then ring finger than the small one. also ball grip is important... try and try gripping the ball from time to time........

after these basics madadalian ka na sa next drills
 
ako sa totoo lang shooter ako pero kapag dumadayo kami ng whole court mas gusto ko pa di sanay un mga ka team para ako lagi point guard hehehe nakakaasar kasi kapag un mga ka team buhaya di naman maka shoot. tanong lng coach paano ma improved un pagtalon?
 
sa footworks, start ka muna sa stutter steps, mabilis na left and right feet, wag mataas ang pag angat ng mga paa.dapat hindi tumatama ang heels, naka tip toe ka lang... 1 minute. 5 sets.. next isa sa pinaka importante is the pivot foot, stand at the center of the half court na nakatalikod sa ring, do tripple threat position. then pivot using, decide kung right foot mauna. o left. basta one step dapat nakaharap ka na sa ring. ganun parin tripple threat position, meaning stay low, chest out. then balik- nakatalikod ka ulit then kabila naman... and one footing that involves cardio is jumping rope... do it sa una 1 minute muna two feet, one foot left, one foot right, alternate left and right. again 3 sets pari ito. dapat may timer ka
 
sa pagtalon, its the simplest way but the hardest to develop.. look for something na maabot mo pero hindi mo pa naabot ngayon.. keep jumping everyday para maabot yun. but if you will jump be sure to give it your best jump hindi yung basta talon lang. one that helps also is the sprinting, dapat 10seconds or less. naka pag court to court baseline touch kana. do all this routine for 20 or 30 minutes for your legs:)
 
coach kasi minsan kinakabahan ako magdala ng bola lalo na kapag mas malaki saken ang bantay, pano po ba maalis ang kaba?or pano manggulang habang nagdadala ka ng bola.mejo maliit kasi ako..
 
para maalis ang kaba, enjoy the game hindi dapat pressuring... be confident and wag na wag kang maging pesimistic. example habang naglalaro ka iniisip mo baka maagawan ka, baka masaktan ka, etc... dapat tiwala ka sa sarili mo. and another way to gain confident is to keep on playing the game. yung gulang lumalabas yan bec of experience. just the basic thing pag nagdridribble ka, is to protect the ball.. and kahit maliit ka kung buo ang puso mong maglaro mas lamang ka pa sa ibang mas malaki sayo..

ask ko lang pano naman ma improve ang left hand,kase mahina ako mag lay up ng kaliwa eh kaya madalas pag fast game sa right side ako madalas manggagaling to perform lay up using right hand.. then the cross over skills padamay na din kung pano maghandle ng ball to avoid steal.
 
okay, start tayo with the left hand.. for sure alam mo na yung 1-2 rhythm.. without the ball.. do it 1-2 lay up right.. meaning nag start ka magbilang using right foot para pag lay up right hand. then next 1-2 lay up left.. start with left foot.. to lay up in left..ulit ulitin mo ito hanggang masanay ka.. and the key is everytime you do lay up kailangan full jump ang gawin mo.. pag okay na.. tawag ka ng kasama mo 2.. sa half court yung kasama mo dapat nasa 3point line facing the ring and with the ball yung isa nasa ilalim ng ring taga kuha ng bola at taga balik sa passer.. ikaw naman nasa right or left most ka ng half court line. now ready kana.. run towards the ring and sabihin mo sa kasama mo to pass the ball to you pag malapit kana sa ring, meaning pag receive mo all you have to do is the 1-2 lay up. then run to the other side, touch the half court line then run back, receive the ball then lay up sa kaliwa naman if right ka nag start.. then run to the opposite side again and repeat.. do this until kaya mo ng maglay up without missing any ball for 10 consecutive times.
 
sa cross over naman.. start tayo sa basic.. dribble with right hand only.. court to court dapat mabilis ka. then sa left hand naman.. pag kaya mo na. then we go sa next.. right hand lang lahat, but sa 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 lines do head and shoulder fake.. then enxt do the same thing pero left hand naman lahat.... pag okay kana.. now sa 1/4,1/2,3/4 line after head and shoulder do crossover, then pag right ka nagsimula, now nasa left hand na ang bola, do the same thing. ulit ulitin mo lang until makuha mo ng tama..
 
to avoid steal, never take the ball sa corner, hanggat maari nasa middle ka for you to have 2 options that is go to left or right.. next dribble low.. the best is dribble just below the knee level. and always protect the ball using the other hand not dribbling the ball. pag nagdridribble ka with right hand use the left hand to protect the ball and vice versa
 
this weekend pag aralan ko lahat toh!

next question ko naman:

fast play kase ako, ayaw ko ng mabagal kumilos..dati laro ko takbuhan talaga nung nasa manila pa ako,pero dito nabawasan na ang strength ko sa takbuhan gawa kase ng 1 beses nalang ako makapag laro sa loob ng 1 week and isa pa ang weather dito malamig kase mataas ang area ko, kulang sa oxygen ang place.. pano naman magagawa yung di ako madaling hingalin, secret pano maging mabilis ulet at di napapagod sa takbuhan? me connection ba toh sa pagyoyosi?
 
meron, pero dipende rin sa katawan mo.. para di mapagod.. mentally tough ka dapat.. at kahit wag kang tumakbo, jumping rope gawin mo. fast pace dapat. 2 feet, left feet, right feet, alternate.. pagsimula 5 minutes 3 reps bawat isa.. habang tumatagal magdagdag ka ng minuto.. mas maganda may timer ka para may focus ka... and maintain your stretching
 
coach sa palagay mo ano pinaka effective na paraan para madagdagan vertical jump ng isang player?
 
vertical jump? palakasin mo legs mo and abs.. tamang pag shoot?- hold the ball pero fingers lang hindi dapat sumasayad ang palad.. and next, shooting hand should be at 90 degrees angle.. and keep making good practice.. pag magshooshot ka, dapat nakikita mo ang bola and the ring
