Ang problem ko po ay hindi na makilala ng computer yung iphone kumbaga unidentified usb device ang sinasabi pero dati rati ok naman sya. Isa pang bagay ay hindi nya na mapickup yung signal ng network and sa palagay ko one reason din kaya grabe sya kung uminit at mabilis madischarge.
Nagana naman ang wifi.

Ano po kaya ang mga posibleng sira nito and solutions?

What was the last thing you did to your iDevice before this happened po? Anyway, try mo po na mag-SEMI-RESTORE or iLEX R.A.T.

That is the closest thing to a restore po but you still retain the jailbreak state (Cydia) of your iDevice. Try it out po then tignan mo if it will help you with your problem.

Sige po, sir. Heto ang mga steps sa pag-fetch/save ng SHSH blobs gamit ang iFaith. Pakitignan na lang po yung mga screenshots.

1. Open iFaith.

3. Click on 'Show Available SHSH Caches on Server' button.

4. Connect your iDevice via USB cable.

9. iFaith will confirm that it has successfully fetched the SHSH blobs and has automatically stored them locally on your computer.

10. iFaith will now show you all available SHSH blobs for your connected iDevice.

11. Click on 'Download all available blobs' button to download the SHSH blobs to your computer. You can create a new folder and iFaith will automatically place them there.

Mag-update ka lang ng firmware/iOS via iTunes. Since locked naman sa local telco (Globe) yang iPhone mo, wala kang magiging problema sa activation.

Kung ia-update mo ang iPhone 4 mo ngayon sa iTunes, it will be on iOS 7.0.4 already.

i would suggest na ipa-factory unlock mo nalang yang device mo. Mura lang ang pa-factory unlock kapag AT&T ang carrier and kapag factory unlocked ka na, forever unlocked ka na at hindi na mamromroblema pa na maging locked ulet.

sir may way po ba para ma-recover ko ung 4-digit passcode ng iPad3 ko ng hindi nag rerestore sa iOS 7.0.4 ???

naka iOS6.1.3 pa ko at wala akong balak mag update sa iOS 7.0.4 .. factory reset lang sana ang gusto ko gawin kaso nakalimutan ko ung 4 Digit Passlock Code ko.. may way pa po ba para marecover ko ung passcode na un?

Hindi mo na po maire-restore yan ngayon to iOS 6.1.3. At kahit may saved 6.1.3 SHSH blob ka ng iPad 3 mo, hindi pa rin po posible (sa ngayon). Sa iOS 7.0.4 na po yan mare-restore ngayon dahil yan ang latest na sina-sign ng Apple (at least for the iPad 3).

With regard sa pag-recover ng passcode, AFAIK walang way para magawa po yan.

Hindi mo na po maire-restore yan ngayon to iOS 6.1.3. At kahit may saved 6.1.3 SHSH blob ka ng iPad 3 mo, hindi pa rin po posible (sa ngayon). Sa iOS 7.0.4 na po yan mare-restore ngayon dahil yan ang latest na sina-sign ng Apple (at least for the iPad 3).

With regard sa pag-recover ng passcode, AFAIK walang way para magawa po yan.

pero pag nag factory reset ba ko in case na maalala ko ung passcode mag aactivate sya sa first boot?

Try using Semi-Restore: SEMI-RESTORE iOS 5.0 - 6.1.2 - Restore An iOS Device Without Losing Your Jailbreak

Anong error ang na-encounter mo? Did you enter your device to PWNED DFU mode, and not DFU Mode only?

Error 1600

Custom firmware can't be restored on a device with DFU Mode. The software of the device isn't patched. Using a jailbreak tool, enter a pwned DFU Mode. During that process the software gets patched and the custom firmware should run without any problems.
APTicket problems if you try to restore to iOS 5.x in the DFU Mode.
If trully stuck (even with an regular iTunes Restore), edit the hosts file and comment out the "guzzoni.apple.com" line

Ok. That's Good, now check the following:

1. Make sure latest itunes ang gamit mo.
2. Connected sa Internet ang PC mo.
3. use the original USB Cable of your device.
4. Use the back usb port and not the front or the side port.
5. Check also the HOST File: [FIX]Error 3194/Unknown Error During iTunes Restore/Update Firmware
make sure walang line na may gs.apple.com

If all good ang mga yan, start doing the shift + restore, make sure to use the Custom Firmware na nacreate mo using snowbreeze.
