Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock
Learn how to turn off Activation Lock so that you can set up and use your device.
Activation Lock is designed to keep your device and your information safe in case your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Apple Watch is ever lost or stolen. If you erase your device without signing out of iCloud first, it might stay protected by Activation Lock. Whether you erased your own device or bought one from someone else, you can turn off Activation Lock by entering the correct Apple ID and password.
If you erased your own device
If you don't sign out of iCloud before you put your device in recovery mode and restore through iTunes, it might remain in Activation Lock. That means you need to enter the same Apple ID and password that you used when you previously set up the device.

meron po akong iphone 5s. pag nag boot siya, recovery agad lumalabas po. itatry ko sana irecover sa itunes kaso di mabasa ng itunes. sa kahit anong pc ko na po na try.. pero sa charging gumagana siya (so working ang cable pati port. ano po kaya pwedeng gawin. thanks.
dfu mode mo boss connect mo iphone mo sa pc then press and hold home and power button at the same time then release power button after 5 to 10 seconds and wait mo kung madidetect sya ng pc mo in dfu mode.. post result nalang po

pls pahelp po error 4013 ip7 japan locked...stuck po sa bootloop logo..lahat po updated na ung itunes ko.. na try ko din po sa reiboot full ver. kaso nag error po ung software sa reiboot after restart nang pc..then now po downloading another ios 11.2.1 and trying to repair...kaso no luck as of now..any suggestion or tips?

mga ka sb meron ako ip4s galing singapore nagagamit ko sya nung una with smart sim.. i think factory unlock sya kase no nid ng rsim or xsim den nadedbat sya di q agad nacharge den pagkabuhay ko let searching na lng sya.. network reset ko sya ganun parin ginawa ko na rin ng trick na napanuod ko sa youube.. reset all ko ayun.. searching pa rin di ko tuloy maactivate ngayon kaso nga wala mabasa na sim.. kahit wala sin searching pa rin.. aactivate ko using itunes in my laptop need daw ng sim eh searching nga sya.. pahelp naman poh.. tnx..

factory unlock is a permanent iphone unlocking na dumadaan sa online server process via imei which is paid service depende kung saan nakalocked ang unit mo
GPP unlock is a temporary unlock kung saan hindi mo pwede iupdate ang ios mo hindi mo pwedeng mareset ang iphone mo at hindi mo din pwede ireinstall ang ios not unless nasayo ang original sim carrier para maactivate iphone mo at hindi mo pwedeng maactivate ang iphone gamit ang gpp

kung japan locked may sim po ba kayo para ma activate yan just in caase makapag restore kayo?

password lang po ba nakalimutan o pati acct?
kung pw lang pede naman i retrieve or i reset ang pw
kung pati acct di na alam, wala pong way para ma bypass, mahal din icloud removal

Sa iphone 6 po may problem ako tanong ko lang kung nadadamay ba ang location service sa wifi anttena? Tsaka san ang may makikitang wifi anttena sa dito lang sa metro manila. Kasi sira po ng phone ko e hindi nakakasagap ng wifi dapat katabi ko yung router or modem na pag coconnectan ko tapos yung sa bluetooth naman kailangan nakadikit yung gadget na pag coconnectan ko.

Sir im using iphone 5c gpp lte, ask ko lang sana if makaka affect ba sa gpp pag nag palit ako ng sim

Good pm, sir ask lng ko ano prob ng iphone se ko globe locked siya ios 11.2.2, 10% nlng ang battery nia. Nang icharge ko namatay lng sya. Di na ma on. May chance papo ba tong maayos? Natry ko konect sa laptop tapos inopen ko itunes d din sya madetect. Yung charger na ginamit kopo yung sa cdrking, di kaya yun ang dahilan?���� Tia po

Cer pa unlock naman netong iphone6splus ko binigay sakin ng tatay ko eh napulot nya lang naman daw at nakita ang may ari kaya pinadala na lang sakin di po kasi gumagana kahit anong sim ang isalpak ko sabi kailangan daw i unlock sa carrier or something tapos may ginawa yung madamot kong technician parang gumana yung sim nya pero nag tatanong naman ng apple id at password eh di namin alam.
