Balak po kasi namin magpakasal ng gf ko kahit sa civil lang..kaso ang problema nong kumuha ako ng birthcertificate e nag negative..tanong ko po kung pwede ba magpakasal kahit walang birthcertificate

What do you mean nag negative ang BC mo? You mean, wala kang birth certificate? If yes, pwede ka naman mag pa register ngayon.
