PNFLite (Ping and Flush)

PNF is a experimental pinger and flusher. a ping will show on your internet connection to see and send out some packets of data to a specific address. these packets are then sent back to your computer. the test records the amount the time it took for the packets to reach the address, and whether or not any packets were lost in the process. if the packets took long to reach the address and send back to your computer, it will flush the dns to clear the cache.

there are two versions of pnf:

version 5.0 - fast pinger, will only flush dns if the packets took long to reach the address
version 4.0 - will flush dns every 3 test packets
