Hi sir, what chipset does this have?..
Does it support hostapd?..
Some chipset only support airbase which is very very slow

Right now im using tplink wn722n since it uses a chipset that supports hostapd. However, im not satisfied with its range..

I have another wifi dongle, awus036h. It has good range (since its power can be increased from 20dbm to 30dbm) and performance.i have been using this for almost more than 3 years but unfortunately its chipset does not support hostapd.

dumating na Alfa AWUS036NHA ko, pero parang maliit ang range nya compare to tplink wn722n? spec wise kasi mas lamang ang alfa. im using an 8 dbi omni antenna. ano kaya problema?

@bk101..sorry for the confusion..awus036h can be used with fluxion, however instead of using hostapd for making the fake AP it uses airbase...airbase is very slow compared with hostapd. In short, the fake site will take a long time before it loads.

teka paps sorry d ako ganun kaalam mxado sa tech specs ng mga yan.. bsta ang akin lng e malakas ang sagap at totoo un.. pero d ko pa na try gamitin c alfa pra kumuha ng password ng mga SSID.. feedbackan ako pag tested ko na

pag po di supported ni hostapd, ibahin niyo lang po yung driver niya ex. nl80211 tulad ng sa realtek 81XX series wifi adapterfeedback kayo sa alfa, gamit ko ngayon cdrking lang pero ok naman

GUISE... cno na nkpag brute force? may ssid ako inaabangan d2 active naman pero maski handshake d ko mkuha..

Wala pa di ako maka bingwit flaxion puro PLDT wifi default password lang muna ako at free wifi like linkod cavitinyo mabilis naman kaso every need mag reconnect 30mintes

ang gamit ko is rev 126. sinundan ko lng instruction ni TS. pasensya na po. first time ko sa linux kaya nangangapa pa po ako..

bale nandun na ko sa pag gawa ng fake AP. ang problema ko is, wala nagagawang fake AP, so wala rin ma detect na fake AP.

i like the new rev/update. pero sa iphone wa-epek pa din sya. it's either di sya maka connect sa orig AP or walang lumalabas na fake AP sa list
