heto po ang mga tshirt printing tutorials na guide ko.. Ito ang ginamit ko para matutunan yung tshirt printing. Kasama din po dyan ang tungkol sa photographic tshirt printing thru silkscreen method po..

sa mga marunong na, magpost din po kayo para naman maibahagi ninyo ang inyong natutunan..pakilimit lang po sa manual o silkscreen method.. wag na po yong gumagamit ng mga machines kasi medyo technical na po yon at saka mahal ang mga equipments..hehe..

panu poh bah para maging maganda ang kinalabasan ng design sa tshirt. kasi ginamit jo ung classic nah tulco ink na pula, panget poh ung kinalabasan niya.. anu puh ba may hinahalo paba sa classic ink na tulco para mganda ang kinalabasan niya? or depende sa brand na ink na ginagamit?? gusto ko puh ung rubberized tingnan tsaka mdyo matigas at makapal kalabasan niya...http://www.symbianize.com/images/icons/unsure.gif pls puh tulungan mo ako.. kasi dis saturday my kaibigan akong papagawa sa akin... baka pangit ang magawa koh... eto puung no. koh.. pls pu... 09066560770...hintay puh ako.. pls puh..

depende po kasi yan sa tulco ink na ginagamit, yung sa akin e opaque po kaya medyo maganda, ang ordinary kasi ay pangit lalo na pag manipis yung damit mo. inquire po kayo sa store tungkol sa ibat-ibang klaseng tulco ink. marami po yan. mas mahal, mas maganda.

sa mga nagrerequest na mareupload, sorry po nawala na yung files ko after reformatting my pc. mayroon akong ibang tutorials, epopost ko dito kapag nakapunta ako sa internet cafe. hintay lang po..

walang machine na ginagamit..madali lang ang pagprint, ang medyo tricky lang is yung timing ng paglalagay mo nung positive(layout/design) sa screen. pinahiran ng emulsion yung screen evenly tapos pinatutuyo para di dumikit ang positive..store it in the dark room for one to 2 days...patuyuin lang, wag patigasin (if you have a blower or electric fan itapat mo nalang dun para matuyo agad but in the dark place parin),..then the positive (the printed part facing down) is laid flat in the screen under the sun for 3-4 minutes if nasa bond paper nakaprint yung design..then after that remove the negative at immediately inilalagaay sa tubig and screen for few seconds tapos mapapansin mo agad na medyo soft yung ibang part ng screen (thats the negative now)..ang nangyayari kasi yung may print sa positive mo ay di makalulusot agad ang sinag ng araw kaya mas soft ang screen under it compared dun sa unprinted na malayang lumulusot ang init..e-spray (use orchid sprayer para makontrol mo ang pressure, baka masyado malakas mabubutas lahat) mo ang tubig sa screen at mabubutas yun yung mga soft parts.

Mayroon namang screenshots dun sa nakalink na file..di ko maipost dito kasi mobile lang ako..

di ko po alam kung ano yung acitating na process, but maybe kasi ang iba acetate ang ginagamit na positive instead of bond paper.

same lang po. download nyo po yung file nandun sa first post. andun po ang mga tutorials, may screenshots po yung iba dun. ang pagkakaiba lang ng acetate at bond paper ay ang exposure time nya. 5-8 seconds lang po kasi pag acetate pero sa bond paper more or less 3 minutes, depende sa intensity ng sinag ng araw. the rest ay same process lang.

di po ako gumagamit ng photo emulsion kasi medyo mahal, im using the alternative which is elmers glue at saka sensitizer. same effect lang naman using emulsion, pero di ko pa nasubukan gamitan ng emulsion remover so fixed yung design sa screen, di ko marecover. here's my tips when using photoemulsion/alternative emulsion:

1. follow the instructions sa label kung ano ang ratio ng emulsion at sensitizer when mixing. napakaimportante kasi na tama ang templa ng dalawang yan.

2. apply the mixture equally sa screen. do it in a dark place, yung tipong walang directang liwanag. wag naman sa masyadong madilim kasi di mo makikita yung inaaply mo sa screen. yung sakto lang na makikita mo ang ginagawa mo.

3. after applying, do not expose the screen (with the mixture spread equally and thinly, tama ba ang grammar? ) to any source of light. store it in a dark (better if very dark) area at hayaang tumuyo ang emulsion/alternative (tumuyo po hindi tumigas) pagtumigas yan byebye, hehe.

4. for better result store it for about 2 days para siguradong tuyo na yan. wag mag-alala, di yan titigas basta hindi lang naeexpose sa light. minsan umabot ako ng 5 days kasi umulan, hindi ako marunong using bulb as source of light kaya hinintay ko nalang si haring araw na magpakita uli.

5. yung ibang instructions during the exposure to light for the negative e andun na sa file na nakaatach, basahin at intindihin lang mabuti para iwas aksaya.

6. don't be disappointed if palpak ang una, pangalawa, pangatlo... pagtry nyo. sa akin umabot ng sampung beses na failures bago ko nakuha yung tamang exposure/timing ng pagkuha ng negative.

ill be posting here soon some screenshots or even video on how i do it po. wala pang budget pambili, hinihintay ko pa bonus para makaprint uli for this christmas (pang-gift)..

here's how i mix elmers glue with sensitizer.

1: use an empty film can (yung nilalagyan po ng camera film ang pinaglalagyan ko ng mixture).

2. ilagay mo ang elmers glue, wag masyadong punoin then mix it with 8 drops of sensitizer (liquid po yan, nabibili sa mga mall, or to any store who sells textile inks).

3. mix it until the glue turns yellowish (if it didnt then add another drop of sensitizer, wag lang susubra kasi mabilis titigas yan during the exposure with the negative).

4. heto po importante, do not expose the mixture in a direct sunlight or else masisira po yun.

5. after mixing you can now apply it in the silk screen.
