Idagdag niyo na ito sa trick but this 60-40 chance of working depende sa OS na gamit at kung may QoS Packet Scheduler.

By default ang windows na gamit natin o OS ay nakaset sa 20% bandwith limit. Ang nagagamit lang natin is 80%. For short pag nagamit natin 100% ang bandwithlimit it will enabled and makes your internet more faster. Downloading or Uploading. So paano? So heres the Step.

1. Start button then type or run gpedit.msc

2. Hanapin si Computer Configuration, Administrative Templates, and Network, QoS Packet Scheduler. (Note pag nirun si gpedit.msc run as ADMIN)

3. Tapos hanapin si Limit reservable bandwidth and click on Properties.

4. Dot Disabled or Not Configured and click on OK.
NOTE: If you disable this setting or do not configure it, the system uses the default value of 20 percent of the connection.

5. To Change the Reserved Bandwidth

A) Dot Enabled. then set Bandwidth Limit to 0.

6. Click Apply then OKAY.

7. Restart PC.

NOTE. check mo muna kung naka nakacheck ang Qos Packet Scheduler bago gawin ito. Kung wala naman kayo nun eh wag mo ng sayangin oras mo para gawin ito.

Try nalang salamat.
