5130c-2 USERS experiences and PROBLEMS share here

my 5130 is totally bricked/dead after a year. at first it is freaquently rebooting/restarting then after a couple of weeks it turned down to be dead. Be carefull of this unit. I do not recommend you tu buy this unit of nokia. I think it has a Low Ram memory and a buggy Firmware. I tried reflashing it but the rebooting problem is still there.
Now that its dead, i tried flashing it using Mxkey but it says "Bootstrap Failed" can anybody help me this?

Dami na din pala naka5130xm na nandito.sayang wala ako pc. Di ako makakatUl0ng sa mga kapwa ko user ng 5130xm.

meron din ako dito 3120c kaya nga di ko alam kung alin ang may sira yung switch o yung battery ba.

guys, ask lng po... merun ng prov files para sa unit natin... nag download ako,, pero file not supported... pero .prov nman ang file..

try this and it's working.

Dahil yan sa mga themes na pinagiinstall mo.
1. Download a software called 'oxycube'. You can google it and get easily. Size is approx 28 mb. Oxycube allows you to access the hidden phone memory (cannot be accessed by pc suite) so you can see whats inside the hidden memory.
2. Now connect your phone to pcwith cable.
3. Make sure to close the pc suite and also the try icon.
4. Install the oxycube software and run it. Allow it to detect your phone.
5. Click the read button at the top.It will read the phones data.
6. Now goto the C: which is phone memory. You can see a lot of files there.
7. Search for a folder named hidden or hidden folder, somewhere in themes.
8. When you locate that folder you can delete all the files with.nth extension.
9. Disconnect your phone and check it memory. It would have recovered all the lost memory.

hindi ko po kasi naibackup yung unit ko,salamat po sa makakatulong.

.di po un pwd kahit mag'upload ako ng .nbf file ko dito di mo rin magagamit.dapat nakapagbackup ka na agad nyan.sa akin nga nasa isang file sharing site pa eh.

...khit mag upgrade ka po ma'am sa latest firmware
di prin matatanggal yan..yan ksi default browser natin..

i'd try to remove that via oxycube/mobi
pero no luck nka read only ksi yung file...

gmit ko sa ngayon UCbrowser 8..still
