mga sirs pwede bang magtanong kung ano issue nitong 5s na hindi nagana camera at flash.. ios 9.3 na sir ang sabi lang ay dahil nag update yung unit sa ios 9.3

hardware issue ba ito? rear camera not working rin kasi...

or software lang... update sa ios 9.3.1?
