Hello mga Ka-SB,
Balak ko paliitin yung tiyan (Reducing Belly Fat). Nag Intermittent Fasting ako about 7am-3pm Food Window and 3pm-7am Fasting (16:8 Method). Then I Jogging 3x/Day between 5am till 5:45 or 6am (45-60Minutes) kasi gusto ko na ma achieve yung belly fat loss. Ok lang ba yung Intermittent Fasting na binanggit ko na ganyang oras? Gusto ko malaman. Salamat.
My Food Routine Plan (7am-3pm) Optional Only.
7am - Bread (or Pandesal) with Corned Beef (source of Protein)
10am Snacks (e.g Biscuits) and eating Apple.
12pm Veggies with Chicken and Beverages (Juice like Tropicana).
3pm Last Meal
The Rest.. 3pm-7am for Fasting
