Good day mga sir.naka windows 10 dati laptop ko then 1 day pinindot ko ung reset to factory settings ayun nag reset nga sir pero hndi na siya naka proceed nag error siya sir.then ayun triny ko manual reformat using bootable device ayaw parin niya sa windows 10 sir nag e error tlga siya at nag stuck na sa just a moment tapos mamatay ngyon triny ko siya sa windows 7 gumana naman sir ano kaya problem ng lappy ko sir.thanks in advance
