There is no way to bypass the Apple's Security Feature - iCloud Activation. If you have the original receipt ng iPhone, e-mail mo sa kanila or dahil mo na lang sa Apple Store, sila magtatanggal niyan, FREE. Pero kung wala, paperweight talaga ang labas niyan.
as of now wala way pra ma remove ung activation lock sa iphone kung sa ipad meron na via hardware method

hardware method means your ipad nand ic will (which is your icloud account stored) will be replace or reprogrammed using tech tools and replaced into a new hardware id so you can store/create a new apple account and you can skip the activation of your apple account
