pero before that may mga questions po ako.

1. dami po nagsasabi na kapag mababa ang budget mo, go for amd. pero kapag may budget ka naman go for intel. My budget is 17k, anu po maisasusuggest niyo? AMD or INTEL?

2. Kung AMD build naman po ang maisasuggest niyo, hindi po kaya siya papalya agad kahit wala pong aircon? dami kasi nagsasabi na mabilis uminit eh, baka naman masira agad. yung magagamit ko sana ng matagal.

yung build po sana na smooth gaming sa nba2k13, devil may cry 2013, assassin's creed 3, and mga future games na lalabas kahit mid/high settings lang. 17 inch po monitor ko.

hindi lang naman po sa gaming gagamitin yung pc syempre. gagamitin din po siya sa school syempre. for browsing, watching videos and programming.

another info baka kailangan po. hindi po ako nagmumulti tasking like alt+tab sa chrome habang naglalaro ng 2k13 ganun.

1. For 17k, I believe an AMD rig (A10-5800k) would be best for you. Check mo yung post ni dave_shin, it's a decent set.

2. I've been using AMD for a while now at wala akong aircon sa bahay. Yung mga nagsasabing madaling masira ang AMD processors might possibly got a lemon unit (defective, or malapit ng masira) or have been using their cpu without thinking how to properly care for it. I have never been faced with a defective AMD processor, aside from the one time na nabali ko yung pin ng processor, kaya user's fault yun lol

Hold yer horses sir, an A10 5800k "might" not run your said games at max settings, since it targets medium graphics at around 720p. And to add it up, A10's graphics performance vary in different games.

Get a 5800k if:
you have a limited budget
no plans on upgrading different parts of your pc
gaming on a resolution lower than 1600xNNNN
pc will be used for casual usage only

Get a FX 8320 if:
you can dish out further budget for parts
gaming on a resolution higher than 1600xNNNN
pc will be used for heavy heavy gaming, multitasking, video encoding.
you own or plan to purchase a powerful graphics card greater than the 5800K can offer.

OC Genie is a nice software for overclocking, pero iba parin pag total control with the bios itself. Don't bother oc'ing with the stock fan. Iikli buhay ng processor mo nyan.

Yes sir, although it is recommended, 4gb ram (as long as 1866Mhz or higher) is fine.

In terms of cpu/computing performance, yes sir. Pero the thing is dapat meron ka ding comparable performance graphics card to go with it.
