nabasa ko kasi 1600x900 minimum resolution nya, meaning to say mag oout of range sa monitor ko yung RX 460?

i dont think resolution is an issue. your monitor ports are likely to be a problem. if your monitor is old and analog only, you would have compatibility issues since rx400 is digital only.

my main monitor supports dvi-d which is meron yung main monitor ko, for the 2nd monitor ko meron namang converter.

Ask ko lang po kung okay lang po ba kung yung isa kong monitor (bibili pa lang. asus vc239h) ko po isasaksak ko po sa dvi or hdmi port. tas yung monitor ko naman ngayon, vga lang kasi yung port nya, kaya yun kung pedeng gamitin yun ng sabay. Isasaksak ko po yun dun po sa backpanel ata tawag dun sa motherboard. Wala kasi akong dedicated v.c.

Tsaka ask ko na rin kung san mas maganda ilagay yung asus vc239h ko po. Sa dvi po ba or sa hdmi? Tsaka ano ba pinagkaiba nila?

ang main difference ng hdmi at dvi, walang audio yung dvi which isn't very important to most kasi wala wenta ang karamihan na speakers na built in sa monitor. dvi can also communicate with the pc thru analog signal kung dvi-I which is both analog and digital while hdmi is digital only. there are converters you can buy though but that's another eyesore and paper burn.

just to be clear, the converter is an active converter or an adapter? may mga bumili kasi ng mga bagong gpu ngayon pero hindi gumana mga adapter nila. anyway, you have a main monitor that doesn't seem to have compatibility issue with the new gpus. siguro cable na lang problema. taga bulacan pinsan ko at wala sya mahanap na dvi to dvi. nauwi sa hdmi. there were some hdmi driver issues where the screen goes black for a split second or flickering.

better check your cpu activity on task manager whats causing it. maybe a background update is running or worse, a spyware.

Ano pong magandang video card ipartner sa pc ko po?

Eto po specs: AMD A10-7860K, Gigabyte F2A68HM, Corsair vs450, 2x8gb gskill ddr3 1866 mhz.

Di ko po kasi alam kung ano maganda kung r7 250 ba or rx 470 or rx 480 or r chuchu. Di ko alam kung anong video card ba mas maganda sa kanila. Baka kasi mag bottleneck lang pag bumili ako. Siguro yung budget ko mga 5k something lang siguro. Kaya kahit 2gb lang.

if you meant driver, yes. you still have to install it. if your program needs it, maybe its prepackaged. if not, you have to install. just google how to install opencl.
