50k na puhunan pwede ka mag resell muna, fast pace ang buy and sell kung marunong ka maghanap ng winning items. dito ka mag ipon ng puhunan at matuto.
then mag aral ka about Ecommerce/Facebook ads, magpaturo ka sa mga expert like Rudolf Perez etc.

8 doors Apartment = 80k
Local Ecommerce = depende sa winning item pinaka malaki namin ay 150k+ net income DAILY
under construction pa commercial building ko sa laguna projected income ay 300k

International:

International POD (Print on Demand) like merchking, shineon etc. = 100k+ USD gross income (depende sa winning design and niche)

nasaiyo na kung paano ka didiskarte at paano mo palalakihin yung capital mo nag start din ako ng 50k puhunan. kung gusto mo ng passive income kailangan mo ng maraming streams of income at walang easy money.

agree... networking naman talaga yan at hindi business... share ko na din lang... i got invited once by one of my so called "friend" na umattend sa parang seminar nila sa isang building sa makati... out of respect na lang kaya ako sumama... and boy, yun na yung una at huling beses kong aattend sa ganun... lahat na lang yata ng pang cconvince at pang eentise eh gagawin nila... may isa pa akong nakasabay pauwi after almost 12 hours dun sa lugar na yun na tag-gutom ka... sabi nung nakasabay ko, isa daw siyang IT sa Singapore pero nag-decide na mag-full-time sa USANA... napakamot na lang ako ng ulo eh...
