Mas maliit kompanya usually mas mataas mgpasahod lol. Anyway entry level 15-20k . ung s xp n sinasabi dpende kung ilang taon talaga ung pinsan ko 2 years sya s isang it firm s bgc then paglipat nya (senior soft eng sya btw) 60k offer s kanya
