anung masarap n luto ng Talong?

Hiwain ng manipis (hindi naman masyado)tapos timplahin (depends on you, pwede na yung MAGIC mix)
tapos biniBreading namin and then fried para crispy... lagyan ng tuna sa top on serving...

madalas ginagawa namin ito para gawing pulutan before.. ^_^
 
simpleng prito, sawsaw sa toyong may kalamansi, ok na ehh; or kagaya ng nasa taas ko, breaded talong chips with garlic mayo dip; lutong ilokano, poki-poki...pero sometimes maiba naman, i make eggplant lasagna...

Ihawin mo muna yung talong tapos balatan mo then shred mo gamit tinidor para lang maghiwa hiwalay yung talong

maghiwa ka ng sibuyas at kamatis (mas marami mas masarap)

after nun pwede mo igisa lahat unahin mo yung sibuyas at kamatis hintayin mo medyo matuyo ang kamatis
ilagay mo yung yung talong after then haluin maigi .. timplahan mo ng bagoong (mas ok kung yung boneless na bagoong) tapos lagyan mo din ng suka or calamansi para di maalat ..

kung ayaw mo na maggisa TS pwede naman after mo mag-ihaw nung talong at mashred paghaluin mo na lang diretsp kasama nung sibuyas at kamatis kahit wag mo na igisa tsaka lagyan ng bagoong at suka/calamansi ..


but mas prefer ko yung ginigisa pa :rofl:

Pangtamad na Salad

1. Lutuin yung talong sa oven toaster for 15 minutes.
2. Buksan at iscrape yung laman. Discard yung skin.
3. Haluan ng calamansi, chopped kamatis, at sibuyas.
4. Lagyan ng konting Knorr seasoning.
 
inihaw tapos toyo mansi, then konting suka yun.

Ang ginagawa ko kapag nagmamadali, torta na walang giniling. Just steam the eggplants until tender then balatan and discard the skin. Then dip in beaten eggs with seasoning then fry.

Another dish is with vinegar. Slice the eggplants(with skin) crosswise. Then saute some garlic and online and small pork bits. Tapos ihalo ang mga talong and add your favorite seasonings then cook until eggplant is tender. Pour in some vinegar and let it simmer some more bago haluin then it's good to eat na.
 
Ihawin mo, alisin ung balat then ibabad sa itlog bago iprito. Isawsaw sa toyong may kalamsi :yummy:
