Asus X540S Laptop Formatting Problem

Mga TS, pahelp naman. Meron kasi ako ditong Asus X540S Laptop, Windows 10 Home ang default OS niya, kaso sobrang lag almost wala na akong process na magawa so I tried downgrading into windows 7 operating system. Smooth naman formatting nung una, then whil tinatapos yung installation, biglang di na gumana USB capabilities niya hanggang sa macomplete ang formatting, ayaw na gumana ng USB, yung mouse di madetect at di din makasaksak ng FD which is need ko para maginstall ng driver.

So ang ginawa ko, I tried to reformat it again the dun na nangyari yung mas malalang problema, everytime natatapos dun sa unang part ng formatting, dun sa 1st restart niya after format eh ayaw na tumuloy at di na nagpoproceed at di na natatapos ang formatting.

Pahelp mga master, ano kayang pwedeng workaround. First time ko kasi naencounter ganitong problema sa formatting.

Dude hindi sa ram ang problem niyan, ang sabi mo nga default os mo is windows 10 home tapos nag format ka ng windows 7, hindi kase gumagana ang windows 7 na os sa windows 10 na hardware, may driver issues talaga yan, yan ang iniiiwasan naming mga tech pag may client kami na nag rerequest na gawing windows 7 yung mga laptop nila.

try re format the whole hard drive TS, remove all partitions, if you have other laptop try to re format it in the another laptop, return and re install win 7 again. use rufus for the windows installer

Do a clean install.
Sa part where you will choose which drive to install, delete partition ng bawat isa, then re-partition mo ulit.
Kagaya ng sabi ni Sleep04, coming from Win10 to Win7 will have driver compatibility issue. So check mo sa website ng ASUS if they have drivers for your Model that are compatible sa Win7 if wala then you will take a risk na hindi gumana ibang features/hardware ng ASUS.
Why don't you install WIndows 10 Lite, search ka dito sa site.

Mga master ask ko lang po sana kung san pede mag download ng free ng Windows 10 OS para gamiting ko po sa pag reformat ng laptop ko po. Same yung brand na pinag uusapan nyo po dito. X540 dn po. At mga drivers na dn po ba pdeng i download na dn po.
