Help, baka meron makatulong po. Ano po ba solution sa 169 na ip ng 936

Im using polko firmware sa pagrereflash (Jumper) pero eto nangyari nag 169 na ip na sya..

More than 3 times na ako nag ulit mag reflash kaso 169 pa rin. Any Suggestions po? Thanks po.
 
old o new.. after mag flash w8 mu muna mag reboot ang modem mu kusa o mag 1light nlng ang ilaw.
