B315 Outgoing and Incoming calls (Finland Firmware)

Hi! I'm using B315 on finland firmware. Okay naman siya mabilis at malakas sumagap ng signal. Ang problema ko lang is yung outgoing call through analogue telephone. Hindi ako nakakatawag through phone pero pag ikaw naman ang tumawag, nakakareceive naman. Paano kaya mapagana 'to? Need ko ba magchange ng firmware? Any help is greatly appreciated.
