same here, fibr pa naman, feeling ko naka 5mbps lang ako. ilan beses ko na nireport, 2 lang naman kami gumagamit, though may time naman na mabilis din, pero pinaputol ko na, mabilis pa yung LTE ng phone ko.

Report nyo na agad sa kanila at ifollowup everyday at pilitin sila na mag bill adjust.
sa akin naman 20mbps, meron oras na bigla bumababa sa 7mbps pero minutes to an hour lang naman..
Minsan explore nyo rin kasi meron mga sites na halimbawa mababa lang talaga bandwidth ng server nila. so kahit 100Gbps pa speed ng internet mo, kung ang server ng binabrowse mo or server ng nilalaro mo ay mababa or mabagal, hindi mo talaga magagamit full speed ng net mo. syempre depende rin sa location ng server
