same here boss .. almost 2months nang sira yung wifi ng modem namen .. pag tumatawag ako laging voice recorded nalang sumasagot .. minsan ipapasa kpa ni 177 kay 171 vice versa .. wala nang customer service na makausap .. sinisante na ata lahat ..
