BIR Relief Data Entry System v2.1 does not accept 400+ TIN

The company I'm working with has been using the BIR Relief Data Entry System provided in the downloadables of the BIR website.
Recently, new TINs have been implemented that goes beyond 399-999-999.
The system does not accept such TIN and prompts an error "TIN is invalid" thus we can't save the businesses with such TINs in the software.
How do we solve this?

We've been trying to contact BIR but without success. We've also searched the internet for solutions, but none could answer the problem.

Tinry ko yung TIN na bigay mo sa Relief namin sa company namin, Duplicate tin naman ang error, may nakausap ka na ba na taga BIR?

I'm experiencing that problem too. Invalid Tin din ang result after i verify it to there system. Meron na kayo solution?

Sir baka po pwede humingi ng tulong. Baka po may way ka para ma retrieve ko yung TIN number ko. Na try ko na po pumunta sa BIR several times pero iisa lang sinasabi nila na wala pa daw akong existing na TIN number pero imposible kasi dati na akong nakapag trabaho at nakakaltasan ng tax at sure ako na meron na akong TIN Number di nga lang nila mahanap.
