Patanong lang po.

Bakit kaya hindi ako maka video stream using built in youtube. Ang error is "server is block or unresponsive". Pag browsing naman po is ok and even radio streaming pag video lang talaga

My unit is 9700 and subscribe sa BIS. Salamat po sa sasagot

ung bb 9300 ko po di nakaka-receive ng text but i can send text, call, & i can received the call.. un nga lang sa text messages wla.. bago lang po kc baka my settings pa pong binabago un lang hindi ko po alam.. pls. help me naman po mga masters..

just got my BB 9300 curve and i have an issue when my 3G is on, i cant receive any SMS and calls but i can do both and they will receive it. Ano kaya problem nito? already did a change of sim car from globe pero still the same.

also trying to update the OS to OS6 though ayaw naman niya mag update... any help would be much appreciated.

If naka-globe BB MAX ka po do the following:
options > device > advance system settings > TCP IP > then enable APN settings and input this:

FOR GLOBE:
for postpaid: internet.globe.com.ph
for prepaid: http.globe.com.ph

FOR OTHER CARRIER: Call your hotline and ask for the APN settings for streaming.

Note: Dapat po at least naka-EDGE ka better if 3G signal.

Install the Latest Blackberry Desktop Software here

Subscribe to at least one day blackberry unlimited service sa mga local carriers.

Connect your blackberry using the usb port and open the Blackberry Desktop Software and update.

Update via Blackberry Desktop Software and you must also be subscribe for at least one day sa unlimited blackberry service when updating.

If you really can't update, wipe your current OS using BBSAK and then install a new one. Googling will help in wiping and installing new os

No free internet via operaMini po for blackberry. We must subscribe for the service po.

I'm not sure anu problem ..try reinstalling the plugin. I think na-experience ko po ito noong dinelete ko ang vendor.xml sa desktop software ko noon, try reinstalling the desktop software too.

for newly purchased phone, i always drain the cell of the battery then charge it overnight. I always drain it before fully charging. Ewan ko kung may effect eto, but i never had battery problems with my mobile phones.

wipe your phone using BBSAK, then install your OS via Blackberry desktop software.

Sir hingi po sana ko ng advice, im planning to buy BB 9700 bold, 2nd hand lang po kasi sa tipidcp os6 na daw po ito at galing canada yung fone pero unlock na po siya. Meron po siyang nakalagay na telus sa ilalim ng hausing yung iba po ang nakalagay dun is at&t sakanya po telus galing daw po kasing canada.. advice naman mga sir kung ano po mga dapat ko icheck pag bibili ng bb 9700 bold, sabi nya gumagana naman daw po yung 300 per month ng globe dun, pano ko po ba machecheck kung os6 na po? os6 na daw po kasi yun sabi nya. lease: po memeet ko na po kasi siya bukas. mga siR!

Mobile data network coverage po is by default automatic. If ung blackberry service po..you must subcribe. visit nlang your carrier's website for accuracy. Cheap nalang po ngaun ang blackberry service.

Here are some:

A. SOFTWARE CHECK:
1. Do a battery pull. Remove the battery while the phone is ON. Ilagay ang battery. It must AUTOMATICALLY boot at dapat it will take time before magboot.

2. In the home screen press simultaneously alt+shift+h and u'll see the device information, the IMEI, Software version, PIN.

backout if di nag-work ang 1 and 2. baka fake ung phone

B. HARDWARE CHECK:
1. Sa taas ng unit there is "lock" icon and "mute" icon. Try playing with the same by pressing, and check if it is working. It must be working lalo na ung lock kasi un LANG ung pang-unlock.

2. The optical mouse and the keyboard. Check all the keys. Ung the quick brown etc.

C. THE BASICS
1. Call Friend, to check mic and speakers
2. Try using the bluetooth
3. Wifi
4. Lagayan ng SIM (baka CDMA kasi, di mo magagamit d2)

sir sa reply! nakabili na po kami hehe. maayos naman po yung nabili namin, working po lahat ng sinabi nyo ay sir, ask ko na din po pala, pag wifi po kasi gamit then nag punta sa facebook application, pag nag status po via blackberry po ang lumabalas. Pero sir kapag naka UALLPLUS25 po ako yung sa globe na may 1hour internet, hindi ko po magamit yung facebook na application, ang ginagawa ko na lang po is thru browser nalang, kaso pag nag update ng status hindi na via blackberry nalabas pano po kaya maa access yung facebook na application kung yung UALLPLUS25 po yung gamit ko, gusto ko po kasi via blackberry po yung lumalabas.. sir!
