Ganyan talaga pag na update yung windows OS. Lalo na kung hindi genuine. Pwede naman e uninstall yung na update boss. Go to control panel>installed updates.

copy boss.. makita kaya sa history kung saan yung update kung saan nawala yunng bluetooth

Hindi makikita boss kung ano na affect sa bluetooth mo. Pero mostly, sa update yan nagka problema. Gaya sa amin, yung printer hindi na ma detect, tsaka yung network setup namin yung ibang workstations hindi na makita.
