Hi po, patulong po Mam/sir, ung BS Mobile empire na phone ay di na gumagana ang pattern lock. Unusable na po. ang main solution is to the hard reset pero hindi ako makapasok sa recovery menu In pressing the volume down+power on pero wala ung recovery options. im also trying yong adb reboot recovery via CMD pero hindi kasi naload ung driver... ininstall ko na din driver pero hindi kasi nakikipagcommunicate ung phone... baka po may maisuggest pa kayo na other way...
