Repair Inquiry RealMe phone not going into Recovery Mode for hard reset

Hi po. Pa-help naman regarding hard reset ng realme phone. Di sya nagpupunta ng Recovery Mode kahit na i-press yung power button at volume down at the same time. Any other option to reset the phone?
