Bypass Version Check
This will bypass the version check if you're using the 9.5 update trick, ESN failed prompt will popup
if you're using version > 9.3 but enabled it will proceed the process. though ESN will not be changed when using real 9.5 frimware.
Note: Device info will be loaded from .ini, to fast things up and if you change firmware you have
to refresh device info
