Wala naman memory nakalagay
c16/c17/c20/c9i/c21 cannot delete a massage tested
procedures:
1.turn on phone without sim and memory card
2.go to "menu"
3.go to "file manager"
4.press option
5.select "memory status"
6.select "format phone"
7.wait and try to delete message
8.smile at iabot na unit at kunin bayad:d

hala, nagloko nanaman cherry mobile c16 ko. same issue nanaman, hindi maka delete ng messeges. nung una nitry ko yan procedure tapos gumana sya, pero nung hindi nnaman makapagdelete ng messege, hindi na natalab yung procedure. tsk pls help naman po.
