Help! Ayaw gumana ng USB otg sa phone ko. Sabi sa specs e USB otg capable ang flare s play. Thanks in advance.

Patulong nman po, anu po ba frontliner code ng CM Flare S play, ni reset ko kc yung phone ng kaibigan ko dahil nalimutan nya ang pattern code niya,, pa help nman plss.
"leave it blank" sabi dun sa Warranty sheet. so, wala kayong dapat ilalagay dun.
