Cherry Mobile Omega HD 2.0 official thread

Sundin nyo lang yung mga admin sa group sa fb para maaccept kayo sa mod section andun lahat ng roms :D

This applies only to "most" of their android offerings. Sa mga dumbphones nila (non-smartphone models), dun sigurado hesitant ako, and i'd rather buy a lumia :D

quality-wise, it actually depends on a lot of things, like factory quality runs, their parts PPM, quality of assembly, at sa user-end marami din, like usual phone usage, not to mention ang normal wear and tear, at yung tinatawag nating "chamba" hehe

so far so good for my device. I had a headset port problem before, pero nawala/naayos din after a week or so.

Afaik sa presyo nya ngayon with it's current one-year warranty, I can say it's worth it. I've also heard two-year warranties for specific myphone models too, and that's pretty hard to beat.

Mga bossing baka meron kayong iba pang paraan?

Na-stucked kasi sa boot animation ang Omega HD 2.0 ko. Then nag-flash ako ng stock rom using SPFlash.

Successful naman ang flashing, kaso during phone set-up, invalid imei na sya.

I have tried doing/using IMEI.EXE to produce MP0B_001 file and moved&replaced to /data/nvram/md/NVRAM/NVD_IMEI/MP0B_001....

Problem is wala akong backup ng imei ko....

Baka may ibang paraan po kayo..

Note: Before doing anything risky in our phone always make a backup.
This must always be the first step before rooting or modifying our phone. :thumbsup:
 
5 months na ohd2 ko :D na pansin ko madali na siyang ma lobat kailangan ko na yatang eh benta at magpalit ng unit, sa lahat ng android na gamit ko ito talaga ang the best hirap iwan ni ohd2
 
sino po pwede mag link sakin ng stock rom nito yung pwedeng i flash sa stock recovery thanks in advance need ko lang po

Same lang po ba mag root and mag install ng Custom Roms ang Cherry Mobile Omega HD 2.0 and Cherry Mobile Omega XL?
Or ano po ba mas maganda between that two. I'm planning to buy one kasi.

ha? bakit ako andito? naka omega hd 2.0 ho ako. check mo yung sa profile ko sa gilid o, e bakit sayu flare at cruize bat andito ka sa OHD2 thread? la ka ba pambili? paki-explain? :p

possibly different ang rooting procedure, pero like most android devices, same lang naman ang procedures ng pagpalit ng rom.
Anong mas maganda? Parehas afaik, kung gusto mo mas malaki then sa XL ka. For me yung OHD2 with a 5" screen is best for handheld, ayos din naman ibulsa. ;)

Ano, yung parang sa my|phone din na Samsung ROM? Sir, wala pa yatang gumagawa ng Samsung custom ROM for OHD 2.0. Kung may gagawa, magandang maganda yun. Sa ngayon naman maaachieve mo yung Samsung look sa paggamit ng launchers. Pero yung 100% look hanggang sa drawer interface wala pa ata. Pakikorek nalang ako kung meron na.
 
^ marami actually sir, XIII uses TouchWiz as it's default launcher, yung Note3 rom looks and feels like an actual Note3, may S4-based roms din
