Gumagana po ang PH Sim kahit China Rom. at kung paano naman gagawin Global Rom try niyo po hanapin ung model ng phone nyo sa google pero lagyan niyo ng keyword na XDA. Jan po sigurado makikita niyo ang sagot sa tanong niyo.

yes, gagana po yun ph sim sa china rom,
china rom to global rom
1. Unlock bootloader.
2. Open the MiFLASH, and connect your phone via USB in Fastboot mode.
3. Your phone should be on the list of connected devices.
4. Click on "Browse" -> "Advenced|" and localize file : flash_all_except_data_storage.bat from downloaded FIRMWARE folder.
5. Click FLASH and wait patiently.
6. Phone will Reboot and wait patiently.
7. DONE
