run go_hdlc
run Huawei_Flasher_v2
select COM (manual type)
click FLASH and select hmf file
wait till finish
smile

Thank you for this great post i have been reading it with great interest, but i am a little confused as to what " remove battery and plug in again" means after you have flashed the file? I have the old B315 and flashing is always fine but after that everything goes wrong

Anyone know what battery you remove and plug back in again after flashing?

After flashing and that "text" show UP, wait till all lights turns off except the power LED, if only na power LED is ON, now you can unplug your power supply and usb cable and your finish, now you can turn on back your 936 modem w/ edited firmware

Sir Pedik, i flashed my old B315 with new VPNSB.hmf and waited for all lifgts off after flashing except power light. All went well, but when i plug power back in and lan cable power light flashes about 5 time and then it lights up with last 2 blue lights then red with first and last lights then back to power light only. Any suggestions?
